meet and greet
"We can arrange a couple of times to meet up, either via Zoom or Teams, to get the ball rolling. During this meeting, we will discuss your big plans and answer any questions you may have. We recommend booking us as soon as possible after this meeting to secure us for your big day!"

pre-wedding MEETING
We will discuss the day in more detail, finalise timelines and locations, and if needed, we are happy to make any last-minute changes to your photo/film options.
04.
delivery
After your wedding day and within 2-3 days, we will upload some sneak peeks of both photos and films, whichever applies. We will also start editing the photos/films.
The final photos/films will be delivered within 6-8 weeks during off-peak season and within 8-12 weeks during peak season.

How can we meet?
In today's fast-paced world, we all lead busy lives, reside in different states, or even countries, hence why many couples prefer to meet online using platforms like Zoom. This method of meeting up is convenient.
Regardless of the mode of communication and/or meeting up, we are committed to making it work for you!
how can I secure you for my wedding?
We'll send you a link to our on-line booking form. Once we receive that back, along with your booking deposit - we are all yours!
Our superstar studio manager will reply with confirmation of booking.
Do you offer content creation?
Absolutely!
While most of what a "wedding content creator" captures is what we as your photographer/videographers ourselves capture on professional equipment - content creations offers a different perspective with more BTS content.
We offer this option without the need for additional professionals on-site. This also avoids having more people around on the day, which can be a distraction to your guests.
Of course, if you choose to hire a wedding content creator of your own, we are more than happy to work alongside them also.
Do you offer sneak peeks?
Yes! Within a few days after your wedding, you will receive some images and/or video content of your big day to share!
How would you describe your style?
Modern/Contemporary.
We also love working along with our couples to ensure that any ideas they have are implemented. We will chat with our clients to determine the exact style they are after and work along with these requirements.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes - we do! This can also be a great time to get to know each other before the big day!
Sessions start from $950.00
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Although most of our weddings are based in Victoria, we have traveled throughout Australia and overseas to be part of some amazing weddings!
Locations that are 1 hour from Melbourne CBD require a travel fee of $150.00

Do we get to meet our photographer and/or videographer
Absolutely! All our couples are welcome to request a meet up with their assigned videographer before their wedding day as this will most certainly make them feel more relaxed and comfortable.
what if I don't want voice-over throughout the wedding film?
We love telling the story of your wedding as it unfolds, and there's no better way to do so than to include some voice-over throughout your wedding film. We may use parts of your vows or speeches or a combination of both. We also want you to be happy and so will welcome your input.
On the other hand, some couples choose to omit voiceovers altogether, which we are also happy to do. Our "Simple" film option will be the way to go in that regard.
We have an alternate photography or videographer in mind. Will you be happy to work with them?
Yes, of course! Over the years, we have met and worked with so many other professionals. In all cases, we have gotten along very well and enjoyed the day together.
What is "All day Coverage?"
Typically, an 8hr day.
However, we will never just leave mid-way through your speeches or first dance!
We will make sure that we capture all the important moments of your day!
